Permanent convenient feats by DDO Sotre

I guess people don't want to buy "weird" consumables. Think of how many items are not used when they're difficult to get. Scroll of FOM, Scroll of DD, Potion of Alchemical Intimidation. People hardly use them. At least They are useful and people use... but how about "Repair anywhere" thing or "Guild Portal Beacon"?

My idea is to make them permanent use by a feat... with a long cooldown. People will buy them even if they're really expensive.

Exmples below:

• Convenient/Silly Tomes: Reading these tomes will grant you some feats.
• Convenient Tome of Eladrin Favour: [Public zone only] Restore your HP, SP, Stat Damage and Charges fully. CD 60 mins.
• Convenient Tome of Lesser Teleport: [Full casting motion] Teleport to Marketplace or Harbor. CD 1 min. (It needs 3 seconds to cast, becuase you can't use this as an escaping spell.)
• Convenient Tome of Bigby's (color) guiding hand: Make a Bigby's hand. 1 Charge per rest + CD 10 mins.
• Convenient Tome of Summon Guild Beacon: [Public zone only] Make a guild beacon which allows you and your friends to go to your guild ship. CD 6 hours.
• Convenient Tome of Summon Friend: [Public zone only] Summon your party member to your location. CD 6 hours.
• Convenient Tome of Summon Squad: [Public zone only] Summon all of your party members to your location. CD 12 hours.

• This is really use of a cosmetic.
• Silly Tome of Conjure Confetti: Make a confetti from your head, lasts 1 min. CD 1 min.
• Silly Tome of Party po0per: Nobody can make you look silly. lasts 60 mins, CD 1 min.
• Silly Tome of Ham Burst: Conjure a burst to make a circle of hams- BOOM! Nearby players gain a ham in their inventory. CD 168 hours.
• Silly Tome of Changing Styles: Change your appearance randomly, as if you rolled random at the character creation.

the concept is really interesting, it would be nice to have something like this free to vip, to improve vip value (real or perceived) imho, and in ddo store too for everyone.

the cosmetic part in particular, this game never pushed on cosmetics, and you are talking about buying emotes. pretty normal in mmo. also, as rewards in events, festivals...
