Allow us to make potions, craft wands and write scrolls

Potions: That could be neat - especially if it incorporated regular gems to finally make them useful.

Wands: Need to make wands useful first, then see about wasting materials to craft them.

Scrolls: Any scroll they'll let us write would probably cost way more in materials than the coinage cost at a vendor.
