Default Tome of Learning removed from offers. Why?

During the current 30% off for XP items and more, I bought a Greater Heroic Tome of Learning for one of my toons at 1116 DDO points. I was going to buy it for my second one but it was removed from the offers, while the rest of the promos are in effect. Why?

That may be one of the "One Per Server" items that you can only have on one character?

The item is for sale, it is just no longer on promotion. It now is back at the nominal 1595 DDO points cost. I am asking why it was removed from the current promotion for no apparent reason.

Tomes of learning wasn't this weeks sale (14-21st)it was the week before this. (7th-14th)) My guess is you bought the first one during the transition period between the two. (There is frequently a day where both weeks sales are up)

    Ah, that explains it. Thanks.
