    Default Quest stuck and no ingame help at all

    Stuck in quest and submitted in-game help and waited for almost 3 hrs ago - no response. Log another ticket the other previous day. Same issue happened. Waited for hours. Log off after 3-4hrs of waiting and case was closed when next login, as usual. Love the support.

    Can't think of a single quest that I would wait 3 hours for help on when you could re-run it several times in that amount of time.

    Well, they should close the ingame support then? lol. its a few quests that hit issues, not just a single quest. I am still waiting in-game for today in-game ticket. Couldn't believe how much the in-game support from GM has deteriorate over the years. It took just 10-15mins for a response from a GM when this game was launched. Now it could take days and waiting for player to go offline then close the tickets without any support.

    While I agree that the support in the early days you would get a GM rather quickly (comparatively).

    No this time has gone up over time and it is frustrating when you know it is something that is beyond your control and something "bugged" in the quest.

    Of course I'm still curious as to why you felt the quests "bugged". There are times when things are missed that are needed to trigger the end. Or it could be something that should have triggered didn't.

    Sometimes it is even in the wording of the problem that could cause confusion or even make it seem more like it is a player issue and not a game issue - Keep in mind it is possible there is a triage stage where what should be valid tickets are getting weeded out because of how they are phrased.

    Bugged quests DO happen. I was in a group doing the final fight in a R10 Curse the Sky, and we had Malicia down to just under 10% hp when she phased into a wall. We waited nearly an hour for a GM to no show. It also took CS two days to close the ticket another player submitted.

    I appreciate the devs for trying to make this game better, and this isn’t their fault...but in terms of timeliness, SSG’s customer service is a complete and utter disaster, and whoever’s responsible for managing it should be ashamed of themselves.
