Full BAB Bugged?

Is full BAB from the divine crusader tree bugged?

I made a Shadar-kai Warlock of the Abyss and am trying to give this build full BAB, after finding that Channel The Abyss could not be toggled on at the same time as Celestial Spirit, I then went for plan B in which is where I try and use the Divine crusader tree for to gain full BAB through, well.... that does not work either, at level 30 my BAB is still listed as just 20 even while in the divine crusader tree.

I made another character with this pact, it would seem that the pact itself is bugged........


New character is a tiefling..........
