Isn't it the same bonus as standard +6 str items? - try turn in Antique Bronze Token in Zawabi's Refuge, NPC still gives clickies there.

I think the desire is the Base Attack Bonus raised to full.

Yeah, BAB does a lot more than a lot of players realize. Attack Speed, as well as PRR.
