Sentience XP?

I'm quite new to this sentient weapon system. I know that feeding named items gives a jewel sXP. But how can I get those xp fast? (preferably possible ways for a level 20~23 ish character?)

It'll be tricky for you to get a lot of things to feed to your gem until you get your gear sorted. Most of the things you'll feed your gem later are good items for you to use now. If you grind one of each ED like you probably should to unlock the extra twist you will have a fat and happy gem by the time you're done. The level of the item dictates the amount of sxp the gem gets and those really nice legendary items make for satisfying snacks. Of course, you'll probably want to keep one of each for later lives. You never know what you might be playing a year from now.

The way they scaled sentient xp, it’s far more efficient to farm for gear ML27 and higher while capped. The reason is that ML1-20 gear only gets a x1 multiplier when fed to a sentient gem. ML21-27 gets a x5 bonus, while ML28-30 gets a x10 multiplier to sentient xp.
