Default DDOWiki timing out (for me only, apparently)

Like the title says... starting Friday eve, almost 24 hours ago. Others say Wiki is working fine for them (source).

I can access all other sites I've tried. ISP is AT&T, they say they have no outages/problems.

Checked TCP/IP, all proper. Tried 3 diff browsers - started w/ Firefox, no good on Chrome or Edge either. All can browse, all time out on DDOWiki (only, apparently).

For a while I was just getting this text:

    Server: ip-172-31-15-232

Got around that - still timing out.

Checked w/ AT&T techsupport (), they say it's "third party", implying it's on the Wiki end.

    Suggestions?

It's very odd that this started suddenly and just last night. Dunno what to make of that.

Have you tried clearing out your DNS cache?

If you don't know how to do that, bring up a Command line (DOS box/screen). Type the following: ipconfig /flushdns

    Good luck.

This^, in so many words, is how you say time and feedback on Lamannia are wasted.

Tried that (thx), tried clearing cookies, did a cold restart of computer - no joy. :/

Can browse anything else I can think of.

I did get a "security warning" once b/c the site's certificates were expired, but I made that an exception (I think?).

Can you post a screenshot of that error message you get that gives you that 172.31.x.x ip address?

    I'm really intrigued by that.

No, but that was 100% of what it said - white browser page with that text at the far left top - nothing else.

(If I can duplicate it I will)

    I'm formulating a hypothesis.

There are two IP addresses listed in DNS for ddowiki.com:

    3.18.78.249
    3.20.108.128

Copy and paste each of these (one at a time) in your web browser's address space. Then hit your Enter key.

Let me know the results of each attempt.
