There's this named item, I want, see? The Epic Mask of the Asylum, which drops in Epic "The Old Archives" in the Epic "Catacombs" chain.
I went through the first three quests in the chain; the third was "Old Archives", but I didn't get the item. Is it possible to repeat "The Old Archives" by itself, until I get it? Or do I have to restart the chain, and go through the preceding two quests, before I can do "Old Archives" again?
What if I complete the entire quest chain - will I then be "flagged" for the individual quests, and be able to do them at will?

Would making an opener account work? Just make another (free) account and get a toon up to that quest - I dont know if it crosses over heroic/epic for the purpose of redboxing.

You make another character in another account and start the chain until he gets to the quest you want to farm. Originally Posted by shawnvw

Try to just get to that level in heroics. When you come to the farm quest you shouldn't need to enter the quest with the opener, just be in the same party. As long as the alt doesn't disconnect your main should be able to pop in and out of the quest as often as they want. Originally Posted by shawnvw

Not 100% sure, but you'll need a 2nd character who is Epic.
Usually(?) if anyone tries to enter an Epic quest with a member of the party who is only Heroic, you get the "All party members must meet requirements" message.
Buuut, Cat's is not a typical quest chain - maybe it won't work the same? Worth a shot, in either case. (And as for "getting that level", it's a L4 quest, you only need a L2 character. With the new Epic exp numbers though, groups should be interested and it is always going to be better having 6 people pulling than solo farming
