Player xfer server to good guild

Looking for a good guild on any server, will xfer there from Orien. I am 38 and looking for a guild with like aged people. Currently have a lvl 30 warlock working on gearing him. I have all the expansions and am VIP so looking to play long term and non casual. Possibly run stuff together, elites/raids maybe. Had enough of casual guilds doing nothing.

Before you spend money on a transfer from Orien, have you checked out Grumpy Old Bastards or Geezers Only?

No guilds except for new/returning player guilds are even making an attempt to recruit people. I can only assume they have enough people and don't want anymore.

There is seldom specific recruitment happening on Orien. You have to approach the guilds yourself.
Furthermore on Orien happens a lot via cross-guild activities. I don't know what your expectations are but you have regular groups doing mid to high reaper runs. Maybe it is your playtime/timezone?
And since we have the raiding discord, we have a pretty decent raiding scene, too.
