Fatesinger Primal Hymn bonus type

Fatesinger's Primal Hymn gives bow attack speed.

Anyone knows which type it is?

Enhancement, insight, etc.

Been trying to deduct, but either I'm mistaking one type for another or, as usual, char sheet does not show some stuff (tried checking both + tab and icon over SR)

My main reason to ask is to know with what it stacks and with what does not (does it stack with Deepwood Stalker Improved archers Focus for example, so far I don't think so)

It is Competence, and it does not stack with Gilvenors set which is also Competence.
