The ban apparently happened somewhere around the end of February. In that notification has been sent there might be information there on how to object. If you need a hand translating anything from Russian to English or vise versa we'll give you a hand!
I was the System Administrator for a multi-billion dollar law firm from 2005 through 2007 and one of the things I did was block all emails from certain countries like Nigeria and Russia/Ukraine. At the time, those countries I had blocked emails from were notorious for sending spam and emails with social engineering characteristics to gather things like usernames, passwords, and financial data.

I wonder if SSG's email filtering technology might have also blocked emails from Russia or blocked ones written using Cyrillic characters? If so, they may never have seen that notice from RKN, unfortunately.

This^, in so many words, is how you say time and feedback on Lamannia are wasted.

As for now, ddo.com and in-game store works fine, and domain isn't on RKN blocklist anymore. Thanks for sortng this out.

It was the court's desicion. And only site owner have access to its contents. However, such site blocking cannot apply to gaming sites. Because every gamer knows: suck questions about your characters, not your personality.
So this desicion is just beyond stupidity.

Wow! It actually works, although it is still blocked on my home PC (Skynet), but that's probably my ISP being slowpoke. It works when I try to access it from a different ISP. It's also not listed as blocked anymore. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

If that was a result of people at SSG doing something - big thank you! There might not be a lot of us Russians there, but we appreciate it

Might also be that message we sent to RKN about this whole thing, but I'm not sure it did anything since we never got a response.

While we were getting ready to make a formal appeal, we hadn't actually done the appeal yet, so it's hard to say what happened here.
Have fun, and don't forget to gather for buffs!

Lol. Could it be those emails we sent to RKN ourselves actually did something?..

Anyway, all's well that ends well, hope this issue will not appear again. And thank you to SSG anyway for caring enough to take action. It means a lot
