Bug: Catacombs Quest Pack

Hey. I just ran the entire Catacombs chain with three characters on Epic Normal Difficulty.

Bug 1: No quest awards Commendations of Valor for completion. I did not earn a single Commendation of Valor anywhere in the chain.

Bug 2: No quest awards Heart Seeds for completion. I did not earn a single Heart Seed anywhere in the chain.

Possible Bug 3: The chain reward does not award Commendations of Valor.

Possible Bug 4: The chain reward does not award Heart Seeds.

Possible Bug 5: In three runs I found one named item. That is, after opening perhaps 30 chests I found one named item.

Possible Bug 6: No quest in the entire chain chest drops Token of the Twelve Fragments.

Bug 7: Many dialog and description text blocks include grammar and spelling errors. I can herd those up if anyone cares.

5) RNG + Normal difficulty, that's not unheard of. It's a 10% chance for any given chest, so the RNG gods were just extra cruel for you.

6) Tokens of the twelve only come out of older epic instances. None of the new epic instances that take place in Eberron drop them. So that's pretty much by design that they don't drop.

The CoV's does seem like a bug as those should show in ALL Epic quest rewards anywhere.

The Heart seeds only drop at cap so, if you weren't at lv 30 when you ran it (not when you turned it in), you won't see them.

Hey. Just a quick update. After the latest patch, Catacombs quests still do not drop Commendations of Valor on Epic Normal and Epic Hard difficulty.
