Hi guys,

Have a friend of mine who I introduced to DDO who needs help. Please.

She was playing fine with her Notebook Lenovo V130 15,6" Celeron N4000 4 GB RAM 256 GB SSD.

It says "Windows basic video card" in device management.

Basically all was good before updating everything in Windows. Yesterday she kept crashing in between instances e. G. We were in house phiarlan, go to necropolis, crashed.

Went to tomb of shadow lord quest, finished it, she finished out, crashed.

She tried running the game in compatibility mode for Windows 8. Tried direct x 11,10 and 9 same issue.

Any known issue regarding this? Any advice? Please help!
