anything after you have Multivial = easy peasy

I tried with vistani but have recently done a few inquisitive lives so i was hoping to play it legit. I tried vistani vile, and bombardier and bombardier apothecary. I'm using cannith gear and now ravenloft stuff. Seems like a turd regardless.
