Hello again guys,

On 3 separate occasions within the span of the last 24 hours or so, I've tried purchasing points. It pops out the separate window from the DDO store, I authorize said amount to add to the Steam wallet, and it gets stuck on 'working'... however, my credit card has been charged each and every time. The funds are there in the Steam wallet but for some unexplained reason it times out during the transaction, just a spinning wheel and 'working' showing but the window doesn't auto-close and go back to the DDO store indicating a successful transaction, despite the card being charged and the funds being added to Steam. To expound on details a little further I've been able to purchase with no problems prior, so for me this clearly just started happening within the last day or so. What gives, SSG? Is it an issue on your end, or is it with Steam? Please point me in the right direction, whether it's someone at SSG or perhaps Steam that could give some direct help.

Additionally -- perhaps I am blind, but I don't see an option to take those funds added to the Steam wallet and manually use it to purchase from the DDO Store? Is there something in that transaction chain causing this? I'm leery about trying again.
