My main character is stuck on loading

Hello, it is now 8days since my main character is stuck it happens when i disconnect in marketplace when the lag was incredibly high that day.
The launcher said "there has been an error" and not even loading.
Iv'e try to make some tickets in game but just getting the same standard message without any solutions, just get an answer from SSG help to wait for the restart but that doesn't fix the issue.
So now i just wait again and again, if anyone can help me out it would be really appreciate.
I'm playing on Ghallanda server.

You could try deleting and re-installing- there might be a few corrupted files in your game that aren't loading properly- but if other characters can load into the same zone, you might just have to wait for it.

Its has been 1 month now since my friend Ash cannot log into his main 10 years old character with many lives, time, money invested in : message is : "there has been an error" when he click on " play " at character selction. He can log on alts...He tried after reinstalling the game, on other computers...

As a guild and friends group we are stuck in ours game plans, very sorry for him and more than angry at you SSG ...
Your answers to him are evasive, near the classic " did you try to restart your comp...' like if you do not care at all...
1 month...Its very long...especially in covid time...

Our answer will be classic too...No more money for you from us...I ll cancel my VIP account today...friends wont spend money into game...

It will do nothing probably...but you deserve it.

Take your job seriously, find the issue, fix it.

I dont see the point to play a game where the company can loose a toon you invested time money, and more than that : have fun with it.

Do you have the transfer to ebberon/transfer to Eveningstar options in the character select screen?
What are the last few lines of the dndclient.log file immediately after you click the button and the error occurs? This file is in your installation directory.

yes i've try this but same issue, my character didn't appear in transfer option so that's a bit scary.
It is now a month since my character is stuck and no solution from SSG.

Its not like you have to offer a new house because the one you built has troubles, its only pixels, it will cost you nothing...it wont unbalance the game...

For sure it makes friends like me, very unhappy...For sure you wont see my credit card anymore...

Did you check if any of the classes your main has appears in the ddo store?

I remember someone having a similar issue when their char was an alchemist and they didn't own alchemist.
