Occult Capstone - Stacks? & SR how much?

I got my Barb to level 20 and got the capstone for Occult. The wiki says it stacks with nothing but when I put on a ring with Spell Resistance my character sheet shows them stacking.

Just looking to confirm which is right; the wiki or the character sheet.

Second question - Do I just need to maintain CR+20 to basically be immune to spells?

It would only work for spells with a spell pen check, and the formula is based on non-reaper. How reaper SR bypass works is unknown, but you won't be immune to spell pen checks no matter what you do. If you don't run reapers, enjoy the blue bubbles as spells fail on you, but with Reaper wonkiness and the comparative power of the other capstones, Occult's is the red-headed stepchild.
