no ingame ticket system

There is no ingame ticket system, the help option from main menu just loads a big black empty space, i raised a yicket last night and cant check if anyone has replied.

Run your mouse all over the window / drag the window around; the buttons will then appear. It's an annoying bug, but they're there to click then.

This bug has not been fixed for a long time. What I do is right click on the window to bring up a menu. Click back, then right click on the window to bring the menu back up and click foward. This will show all the buttons.
