20 astral shards missing.. something changed in the shard exchange ?

After 1 year i come back to the game.
I had 46 astral shards
I placed 4 items on the shard exchange.
after 3 days those items nobody bought those items and the email gave me back them.
But attacked there was only 1 astral shard for item and now the balance of my AS is 20.
so i am missing 26 astral shards. !!

how is it possible ?

there is something changed in the shard exchange fee or it's a bug ?

please help.

Yeah, that's kinda normal.
But I suspect you simply spent them somehow. Perhaps you misclicked on the daily dice, or you rerolled a chest accidentally,... lot of options to spend them.

i am very careful with shards.

something weird happened with the shards exchange auctioneer
i am sure.

nobody else experienced a problem with it ?
