Early this Friday I had a severe lag issue in Eveningstar, and decided to restart game client, by pressing Alt-F4.
Turned out this was not the brightest idea.
Since then, every time I try to log into the game with this character, I get kicked back into character selection screen with error message "Your character is still being saved".
I have posted an in-game ticket (from a different character on same account) and a mail ticket, but haven't got any response from SSG so far (aside from the standard automated mail reply).
I'm a premium player, eligible for customer support (according to rules described on ddo wiki), since I had purchased 200$ DDO points bundle back on 27th November 2019.
I'm aware there are other similar posts, but my hopes are to attract SSG staff attention and have the problem fixed before weekly server restart.
I really don't want to be the reason for my full static group to refrain from playing DDO for several days.
