Been a while...

Greetings Ghallanda!

Decided to pop in and say hi. not even sure how many years it has been now since I played, somewhere around before the level cap went up to 28, so probably 8 years now?
Don't even have the right password for my original account I think since it was attached to a different email but whatever.

Lots of changes, would see every once poking around the forums for release notes (finally fixed monk handwraps it seems? but still have the eternal Ghallanda lag? some things never change...)

I miss playing still, still have the urge to log back in and see who is still around from the old gangs. (THAC0, Damaged Inc, various other groups that shift around over the years)
Only problem is I had to quit for time, just couldn't handle the full-time job aspect of keeping up with levels and gear...I had stopped playing at one point for 6-9 months, and came back with a new level cap of 25 and it took several months of grinding just to get like 3-4 characters (out of 15 or so) actually able to contribute to high level play. Having two accounts that could not swap all the increasing amounts of bound to account gear was a real drag too, basically kind of abandoned one account with around a dozen good characters just for lack of time.

Then when the announcement came that level 28 was coming that was mostly it. Trying to get multiple characters leveled and geared, while other people that had not stopped were months ahead on that so it was a struggle to be useful (especially all those warforged hybrid builds I kept making). I had other things I needed to start doing and spending so many hours a day playing was draining the life energy too much.

But I miss the people, that is what got me back in the first place, logging back in and getting sucked into all the new stuff, and having people that are willing to drag your gimpy rear around to get leveled up was always nice...but it is a slippery slope from just logging in to say hi, to going back to the grind. It was addictive and needed to go cold turkey.

I may try to pop in at some point, see who is till around, but just wanted to say hi and hope people are well, miss all the old crews.

Haven't checked the forums for awhile. Was a bit surprised to see to the name. Been 6 years 11 months according to the guild list. I'll pm you our discord so you can get harassed.
