I placed a ticket a few days ago and it was closed yesterday because I was not online when the GM was on. I was online for at least 2 hours after submitting the initial ticket. I created a new ticket at 8:30 this morning, and have been sitting in game for over 2 hours waiting on a response, and still haven't received anything. I understand the hours are 9am - 9pm, so technically waiting for an hour and a half...
I'm sorry, but if we need to be online in order to resolve an issue, we really should have a general idea as to when a GM will be available for assistance, so that we don't have to just sit around and hope someone shows up...
I think I'm just irritated due to the closing of the ticket without being advised to be online during a specific time for resolution - or something, rather than just closing the ticket outright.

I just TR'd my druid, Gharris Sylvurwolf. I've never had any cleric levels on this character. This is my 2nd TR. I should have two Druid past life feats, but I have one druid and one cleric. I need them to be two druid past lives for the bonus to pets/hirelings.

This is obviously an in-game glitch. It's not super urgent, per say, but if I have to be online in order for it to be resolved, I'd appreciate some sort of contact (especially before just closing the ticket). Thank you.
