Default Is Lash Out's bleed effect any good?

Anyone familiar with tier 5 Lash Out enhancement of frenzied berserker? It says it bleeds target but i know bleed to be very weak and slow damage from other sources. Is the enhancement good? Or should i focus more points on ravager or occult slayer?

I've never seen anyone say it's good or make it a key part of their build. I've never used it, either, because of how lackluster it looks AND because there are so many mobs that don't bleed.

    In my judgment, it sucks.

I say move on to Tier 5 Occult Slayer stuff.

This^, in so many words, is how you say time and feedback on Lamannia are wasted.

I use it.....It works with Supreme Cleave..in fact I use all three cleaves with my Barb anyway but w/supreme cleave it has an 82 percent to cause bleeding to enemies which stacks multiple times....Just another reason to Cap in Berzerker also try to Cap your Strikethrough...what;s yuor strikethrough percentage?
