    Default Tourist Build

What'd be a good rogue build to quickly breeze through all of the quests on normal while they're open? I wanna see all the stuff I never seen in all these years of scrubbing around and I'm assuming a (mech?) rogue will be better than my beloved default AA ranger at completionisming all the optional **** with the power of smarts.

Or is normal so easy that I don't even need to worry and whatever dumb things I pick will still work out?

Int based build. Some wis for spotting all the new traps. You'll have no problems. Hopefully you have some decent gear. Very few traps will kill you on normal. Harper tree and inquisitor tree are awesome Artificer is fun but no evasion however no problem on normal.
I'm sure someone will be more helpful than me.
Just awestruck, whether it be a Dragon flying overhead Stormreach, that glowing character who just zoomed in'n'out of the Pub or that I can drink a Beholder under the table and best of all rescuing Damsels in distress.

    Character. Alivef was 1 x heroic completionist now I need Alchemist (+I have few more heroic pl's) 1 x epic completionist, 1 iconic Shadar Kai x 3. Gnome+Drow x3 racial pl's.

    I'd go a Drow for the +2 Int, +2 Search/Spot (helps w/ sub-level gear).

Minimum start is a 18 Int, 14 Dex, 12 Con, 12 Str (for encumbrance - assuming no tomes, no rich uncles w/ enough money for Str pots/etc.) The rest is up to you - more Con for HP & ST's, Wis for Spot & ST's - but I'd probably go Dex for ST's, Evasion, AC, and Pick Lock (not that you need that last, but it saves the rare reroll).

Rog 2, then Wiz 1 for Invis (the tourist's friend, plus utility spells - nothing DPS-ish), and the rest Rogue. Toss a level of Barb in somewhere around 5-7 for faster kiting. You could TR this if you want*, or another level of Barb somewhere for sprinting. This means you don't get Mech core 6 "Int to Damage" until level 8-9, but Int won't be all that high anyway. A nice boost, but hardly a build-breaker, esp for this.

If you're soloing, Precision early (Level 6?) to take out specific targets.

Scrape up a vorpal GXB, and you're set.

(* If you are considering taking it to 20, then you'll want Improved Precise Shot, which needs a base Dex of 19. You can start w/ Dex 16, add +1 from leveling at Level 12, and take a +2 Dex Tome - all before Level 15, when most builds grab IPS. Or start w/ something higher and have a slightly weaker(?) character but less headaches.)
