    Angry Cant acccess old account, endless fight, no resolution

    Welcome to my messed up situation with turbine and now standing stone games, with my old account being locked for now 3 years.

    I've made numerous attempts on trying to access my old account ( sgtslinky ) with no success, this is has been a long almost 3 years of me going back and forth with customer service and have received zero resolution, I've given up, and fought so many times and can't get any help. I put so much money and time into this account and to be washed aside like this is insane. I've already made a new account but its not even fun anymore without all my old characters and gear and everything. This seriously sucks. I've owned that account since 2011, when i was 11, and have grown into it now being 20.

    So here I'am again trying to fight a almost impossible fight.

    I have ticket number #1051139 and #103852
    in reference.

    The problem is you guys keep insisting to speak the credit card holder on the account to be able to go any further with my account? The card holder that is stuck on the old account is my mother, she had an old credit card on there since almost 3 years ago and not only does she not even belong to a bank anymore, she doesn't even use any debit cards and when she did, she would lose them and get new ones all the time but now she only deals cash, so there's literally no way to trace any old debit card that may be stuck on that account.
    She literally let me use her old card back then for a birthday turbine points gift and then the card got put into the system as the per month subscription fee, and since then she hasn't had any bank account, or any means on remembering what card was on this account. I'm guessing it charged the following month and locked out my account because of denied charge. And since been dealing with fraud prevention and literally have gone nowhere to resolve this.

    I seriously wish you guys had a phone number to speak to over this, because this is such a complicated situation trying to resolve over tickets after tickets and waiting up to weeks on end for a basic one line reply, (longest was 21 days), insisting to talk to my mother and then closing the ticket, which is insane, giving no chance to reply or explain this mess of a situation I'm in.

    This is insane, she doesn't know how to work emails or much technical stuff at all, not to mention she's a busy person, and has her own life, and here I am stuck with you guys not understanding! If you need any other information to know I AM THE REAL ACCOUNT OWNER.

    I need some sort of help, I want to play your game and be a loyal customer again, but I cant even get access to my old account, and this is what's refusing me to even play anymore.
    Just please as a normal person who will eventually read this, help me resolve this, I'm ready to get back into the game, put my debit card in, and play, but we need to work this out, because my mother the card holder of what card is stuck on that old account, is unreachable. Please Understand this. Delete all cards or any info on that account if need, to HELP ME find a way to fix these situation, I'm reaching to forums now cause I cant get help from tickets.

    Anyone with any advice or anything related to this situation please help.

    yeah tried that no luck, I wouldn't be surprised if this just goes fully ignored tbh, its unfortunate.
