I have been stuck on a loading screen for 10 min at least
how is this lag getting addressed?

You got the infinite loading screen just reboot your client.

I think so as well. This is not lag, it rather seems to be some kind of bug. I've had that several times as well.

I've been experiencing this and some funky things involving client stability and audio issues after the rcent update and patches. I'm almost wondering if defragging my DDO files might help. That has fixed DDO issues like this for me in the past.

When your entire party is experiencing loading screen lag at the same time, it’s pretty clear it’s on SSG’s end of things.
