    Default Returning Players being treated like trash!!

    Returning players is what makes games transend the test of time. Look at EvE it has lasted decades just like DDO but if you listen to what ever nucklehead that said just delete all the old accounts... your doomed. that guy should be fired he literally should loose his job since tons if not all will loose their jobs if this practice continues. Your forums are festering with returning players with open tickets 30days old seriously!!! That is the fastest way to **** off your nitch base!!! your not going to have a relaunch vanilla any time soon. Returning players is your bread and butter and literally you gave yours backs to them. In all sincerity this is an issue that should literally Jump to #1 priority drop the cross panic and run straight into a server room and start fixing. all in all make a **** program that can honor old purchases based on purchase history and if you cant keep the characters well fine this game is repetitive as it is... and when some one comes back they know whats up. But Forsaking people all together JESUS!!!!!

    Hi, welcome to the game and the forums.

    I have no idea what you are referring to - what "guy" or what post - but DDO does not delete old accounts. As for "old purchases", CS will usually cooperate if you can explain the problem calmly and clearly.

    So take a deep breath, put down the pitchfork, come off the ledge, and enjoy the game.

    i too see no evidence that old accounts are or are going to be deleted

    but i agree that letting the CS system(s) decay to the point they are at now was a bad decision, and i'll go further and say it's the worst decision SSG has made, bar none

    Default A little irritated at account upgrades

    Is this common for them to delete old purchases? I myself returned today and had premium and 5 out 5 character slots from my old purchases and subscriptions.

    Then I paid for upgrades for new content and they deleted my old purchases and now I can only use 3 out my 5 characters and still have not received my access to forgotten realms. How long does it take their CS to respond?


    (* Occasionally, a Premium Account gets accidentally downgraded to F2P, locking out Premium features. CS will correct this quickly if you ask nicely.)
    I found this on another post! that answered my question about the old purchase downgrade from premium to f2p.
