Second mate and NPC's - buffs

Is anyone else not able to see many of the NPC's which you could purchase to extend the time on your guild ships. I no longer can see many of the NPC's that you can purchase to extend the time of them. I don't see all the lesser, I don't see all the greater fires, acid, sonics etc, and I no longer see the kobald and jorasco and deneith NPC's all are missing from the second mate and mine run out tomorrow so no one on our guild ship will have them anymore. I wrote to the report a bug dept and no response. Please help me with this as I have many guild members who depend on these things please.
