Default Could not patch x64/dndclient64.exe, AVG deleting 64 bit client,

Was getting could not patch x64/dndclient64.exe permission denied error. Turns out my antivirus was detecting it as a threat and deleting it, adding an exception and restoring the file from quarantine fixed the issue.
Posting this as a heads up for others that may come across the same issue.
If a dev needs any technical info to try and prevent this I am more than willing to help.

Seconding this. Using Avast antivirus (and have been for years), suddenly tonight started getting this error. When I went to the quarantine menu, apparently it had grabbed the file around the time I launched the game yesterday and the day before as well, but for some reason the game still launched without issue those nights.

Is there information we can provide that might help stop this from happening?
