    Default Screen goes Blue

Since reinstalling DDO a couple weeks ago, every time I load up DDO my entire screen goes Blue and wishy washy on all windows, this goes away once DDO is loaded up but reappears every time I close DDO down necessitating a restart if I want to carry on using my laptop after finishing playing DDO or if I wish to simply change servers.

Can anyone help work out why this is happening and how to fix it?

Can't help with why, but when it happens to me, I'm usually able to clear it up by alt-tab'ing to desktop and back to DDO (I play full screen). Seems to happen to me more often when I log out on a ship.

Edited to add: when it happens, I can still see all of my UI, it's just the environment that is all washed out blue.
Per Cocomajobo - Ranged has easy access to AOE - apparently 3 feats, BAB 11 and Dex 19 is considered easy access these days. post here

Don't use the 64-Bit client. nVidia cards with nVidia software have issues with it.

There is a workaround to get them to work with the 64-Bit client but I don't have a link handy to it. Cordovan posted a link to the workaround, I believe, so maybe searching his posts will help you to find it.

This^, in so many words, is how you say time and feedback on Lamannia are wasted.

I'm not using the 64-Bit client actually, I'm using the 32 Bit client.

But should I be using the 32 Bit LEGACY client instead?

I had this problem recently under Windows 10. Using the compatibility troubleshooter and running DDO in Windows 8 compatibility mode seems to have fixed it.

    I have no idea.

Try Frogger1234's solution above. Maybe that'll work?
