Just got a new PC and Im trying to set up my games. When I go to the options screen either in game or on the character selection screen and change anything or click on detect settings my client crashes and I get "Game Error 105" It is a DX issue but I have no idea how to resolve it.

I would just live with the current resolution but my hotbars are too big and overlap
