Where is the Bloody Foot Prints Feat

Just curious can't find the guy who gives bloody foot prints feat in HCL2 does anyone know where i can get it when creating a new character.

Just curious can't find the guy who gives bloody foot prints feat in HCL2 does anyone know where i can get it when creating a new character.

I've tried all options of arretrikos , on kortos and hall of heros... and looked around on hall of heroes for another npc... and nothing..

You automatically get the cloaks but no option for features ( eyes and foot prints)

Bloody Footprints are not one of the rewards for Season 2. That's why you can't find them.

Ok but i earned that on season 1 and as stated it was supposed to be unlocked on all servers for all toons...

Yes I understand that they are not a reward on HCL2 but there should be a way to get them on new toons like the regular server. Or is this working as intended.
