Which is everything, because Vile Chemist has the ability to strip poison immunity.
Less important- also gives you access to Aligning the Heavens which is a 25% cost reduction in spells.
17 Alch / 3 Monk (or 16 Alch / 3 Monk / 1 Rog for traps) - you want at least 15 Alch for both level 6 spells and extra venom procs, and level 16 for an extra feat.
INT based is a no-brainer
Gnome makes sense, if you have racial AP you can get permanent blur for heroics and color spray. Other races make sense too I just like short.
Tons of feats. I just listed some cool stuff you could do with them. You could easily do a ranged/melee hybrid with Vistani or a caster/melee hybrid if you wanted Vistani for single target and alchemist poison junk for multi target.
Heroic feats:
TWF, iTWF, gTWF, Precision, iCrit Pierce, (Adept of Forms), (Master of Forms)
Monk:
(Dodge), (Deflect Arrows)
Alchemist:
Battalion Brew, Quicken, (Saves), (Whatever)
There is just enough AP for:
13 Ninja Spy (Sting of the Ninja)
22 Vile Chemist (Core 12 for full BAB, Venom Affinity I)
41 Vistani (Tons and tons of damage and good survivability)
4 Shintao (10% offhand)
Alternatively if you want to switch out some of those feats for castery stuff and be more of a hybrid using the poison SLAs on a mob who has a ton of poison vulnerability:
13 Ninja Spy
34 Vile Chemist (T5 - Vulnerability Procs, +1[W], SLA)
25 Vistani (Crit range core, Mist Stalker, Double Daggers)
8 Shintao (20 PRR, 10% offhand)
There's a lot of synergies here.
