I do not wish to keep the details and hub ub so far. Here is the summary.
A tree that gives +2 to hit and +2 to damage for all ranged weapons and throwing and melee at each step of Tree branch. (Half of these values for double weapon styles)
at T5 gives +2 w and +2 threat to all ranged and throwing weapons and melee. (Half of this values for double crossbows and twf. Doesnt stack with trees such as Swashbuckler)
+%10 alacrity and %10 double str/shot to all weapons at T5 lvl 12. (Half of this values for double weapon styles)
+20 healing amplification and +1 umd for each T. Additional Healing amplification and UMD at the last core (lvl 20)
+1 to a single stat of choice at each T. T5 gives +2 for a single stat instead of +1. +2 to all stats at last core. +%20 morale alacrity and +%20 double shot/strk at last core. (Haf of this values for double weapon styles)
+1 to all saves each T and core. No fail at last core.
+1 to all skill point each T and core. (+11) (All skills are unlocked for the class with the tree). Last core gives +15 extra bonus to all skills. Each point spent at the tree gives additional bonus to Haggle skill.
Evasion at T4. Improved evasion at lvl 12. Slippery mind at core 3. Defensive roll at core 4.
+%5 morale bonus to movement at each T. (Not the cores) T5 gives +%40 sprint with 30 second cooldown. No limit for times per rest just cooldown. +%10 morale boost to active sprint at last core.
Crafts and Arts:
T1 and T2 cores and further You have a talent to let you craft wonderfull items that can be exhibited or consumed by different types of npcs and can even be sold at the Auction house and Vendors. Your level of talent and collectables used defines the quality of the crafts and arts you produce.
T3 'Deal ?' You roll In general social skills check vs npcs [your character level + Total of your social skills] with +%50 bonus to your social skills. High roll gives auto success and npc leave you alone. They vanish (as if killed at gamechart ,but roleplaywise they re not) (Banishment like effect, roleplay wise they just leave you be), Lower results may end up npcs ignoring you stopping there and doing nothing. ('We let you pass. Thanks for the gifts'). If the roll fails player character can re roll again in 10 seconds or can choose to pick a fight.
'Deal ?' only works on living organisms that have intellect and social values; including the animal and magical beasts, all humanoids, monstrous humanoids, aberrations etc... (Undead, Ooze or non living constructs are not effected; unless thyre undead with values such as Lich, Ghouls; Living constructs and the similar...)
This ability should require certain ingridents for each type npc in general. These would be considered as diplomatic gifts. This would make the ability more fun to use. (Using collectables seems suitable)

T3 Favorite Songs, dances and trance : Your talents let you sing songs, create sound waves and dance that each npc type would enjoy. There is %35 chance that npcs will pause and listen to you (you can still move around) and do cheer and applaud you for 9 seconds. %35 chance they will also start dancing with you for 9 seconds. With %30 chance thyre slowed for half speed for 9 seconds (aoe) and take no agressive action as a result of listening to the tunes.
Each T adds +%5 chance for probability of the results overlapping and adds extra radius. Each character level adds +%1 chance up to lvl 30. Once started singing you can start moving around or leave npcs behind you. This effects lets you aply 'Deal?' effect but not any agressive action if the npcs are under trance. The ability works on all types of npcs. Cool down 12 seconds.
T4 Whirlpool of Life
Has toggle ranged or melee aoe. [+1 W]+(W= Your character level) ; scaling with your character level. 20 second cooldown. If toggled as ranged action, it has has restricted radious and hits all enemies around you. If toggled as melee has x2 the original melee reach of specific weapon calclulated over weapon reach ;aoe hits all enemies around you. Melee gets +1 extra threat with the action. (Each type of weapon shall have different values)...[Double weapon values: Only main hand weapon values are applied during the action] The attack causes temprorary blindness for 6 seconds +1 second each character level to all enemies that got hit; including the bosses.
This action heals all friendly pcs and npcs around you and self for 100HP + %50 HP of the pc/non hostile npc. 20 seconds cooldown. Removes negative levels, disease, curse effects. No limits for use/per rest.
T5 Such a breeze
Trip/knockback attack (Only at melee range/Active) Can be used with Two handed weapons and Greatcrossbow or Longbow. Has small radius. Trips and knockbacks all enemies inside the arc. Enemies stay down for 4 seconds. Applies base weapon values and base critical values. Active attack applies exhaustion on hostile npc without save for 10 seconds.
There is %10 chance that enemies are stunned (Helpless) for 4 seconds within a cone shaped area but only at melee range. The %10 chance to stun is a passive effect and only requires spending AP to the enhancement. Cooldown for trip and knockback is 10 seconds. (This action can not be used with small and medium sized weapon or double weapon styles. Anyhow small and medium seized weapon can still apply %10 chance to stun without a trip or knockdown)
This action removes hold, fatique, exhaustion, sleep, slow effects cast on your allies if they' re in the radius of the active action.
Each AP spent at the tree give +%1 hitpoint bonus to character. T5 and Last core give two seperate temprorary hitpoints bonus equal to +%100. Both has seperate timer. Each has 20 seconds timer.
Choose a tiny companion. Example: A Tiny sized DDO Rat with Fiendish bat colors and wings. Pulls levers. Applies Intimidation skill 23 x2 your character level. Similar stats to a Fiendish bat. (Optional choose color of your companion). Has 15 seconds resummoning timer if killed. Tiny companion gives +1 bonus to your saves, stats and applies -4 to all enemies around itself. There is %5 chance that tiny companion applies aoe slow for 5 seconds as aoe around itself.
+%1 prr/mrr calculated over your total prr/mrr values for each T and core. Last core gives +% extra prr/mrr.
Each T gives +%1 stacking morale ghostly. Last core gives +%10 extra ghostly.
Multiverse wanderer
T4 Dimension door. Cooldown 30 seconds. Doesnt have any limitations for use.
Core 3 Teleport Core 4 Mass teleport. Both has 30 seconds cooldown no limitations/per rest. (New teleport locations for all settings for the tree would be neat)
Tree shop price: Approx 2000 points.
