What is your favorite part of the Anniversary Event?
Seeing the new shenanigans in the Anniversary Quest: This year, lava and gingerbread cookies, Red Panda and Freeshrugs were funny.
The humor.
(The free gifts are great, too, though.)

Free gifts and running the Anniversary party once on each character that has TR'ed since last year. I should be able to get the kobold gem in another couple of years!

Finding all the ex-Devs under the stage so I can take stock of who's no longer around in Needham.

The fact that it uses Partycrashers - one of my most favorite quests - as a base.
But seeing the different people and new npc additions here and there is fun too.Just a random, forgettable NPC doing things an NPC does
Things that NPCs do include, but are not limited to:
Having a gold goblet over my head to indicate availability of a quest
Having a catchphrase that never really catches on
Having various rewards that are generally not worth the trouble
Wandering around randomly
Giving out obvious information if it wasn't obvious enough
Repeating the same lines over and over again
Repeating the same lines over and over again

It's a very tight race between the group of bad guy adventuring party from Sharn playing some pen and paper D&D, and the group of premium races gathered around a horse wondering what is this strange new creature is. The bad guys didn't invite their gnome friend, so I think the horse wins out due to Standing Stones ribbing itself over how long it took to include such a basic creature into the game.
