Drow Alchemist Question

So I am working a Vile Chemist Drow Build. Based right now on short sword and poison and fire. Buff AC then draw them close smash a AOE on the floor chopping anything down. Basic room clearer. ( I am sure for tough opponents later on this will get more complicated)

I am really new to DDO level 5 is my highest character.

I am wondering if the poison stance of the Drow will stack with the poison spell of the vile chemist.

I am not far enough in the build yet to test.

Quick answer: it will, but it's not significant, because unlike the alchemist poison, the drow version will not stack with your spell power, which is what makes those so good.
If you had a ton of racial points to spend, you could make the argument to put them there, but as a new player, chances are you'll be better off trying to put your points into the other class trees.
