Lost some UMD in update

Not sure were but went from 100% to 90% on scrolls after the update didn't see any changes that should effect that in the notes

the Golden Cartouche was scheduled to change from +3 competence UMD to +1 quality UMD

i haven't been on any of my UMD characters since the update so i haven't checked (also it made me sad so i didn't want to) but that seems a very likely culprit given the margin you describe

My old ones are still +3 Competence. Unsure if the new ones have changed

I don't think it was this I rarely use the legacy buffs

Things to consider with your 10% change in UMD

1. Charisma - Is that lower then expected.
a. Yugo Potions
b. Ship Buffs (you seemed to have ruled that out already)
c. Gear - Maybe an item that boosted is currently not on - I've done similar things when I have items that I switch for some basic effects like ff/ua/etc.
d. Reaper vs Non Reaper

2. Skill boosts
a. Skill item that boosts charisma skills or even UMD
b. UMD Tome - Did you make sure if you had skill tomes that they applied

Also, going to the 80% solution "Have you tried logging off and on again?". Sometimes the client doesn't load all the buffs for "reasons" and you may not be getting everything applied.

Yeah everything appeared to be in order but think the next reply got it I didn't even think of the obvious
