Alchemist newbie question

I am new to the forum and game and I just purchased the Drow and Alchemist

If I go down the Vile Chemist path am I reading this right ?

1-4 / 1-6 / 1-8 Poison Stance (Drow)

1-6 Poison Skill ever three levels (Alchemist)

I like the short sword

Up to +4 to hit and+ 4 damage (Drow)

And

+10 to hit and + 5 damage for the vile chemist (Alchemist)

So this is all stacking?

Potential

+14 to hit +9 Dmg (Drow/Alchemist)

+ 8 dmg poison (Drow)

+ 18 dmg posion (Alchemist)


Potential of +35 damage per swing? Less any saves and resistance.
