Dragonborn Warlock Build Request

Hi. I am looking to finish my last racial dragonborn life that I plan to take to 30, and I was hoping to do it as a warlock. Would someone have a decent warlock build that is not ES, that I could take to 30. I am hoping to be able to run EE on it and even R1. I have no caster past lives (other than druid) but do have the following PLs on this toon:

Class: Barb (3), Ranger (3), Druid (3), Rogue (2)
Racial Three of Each: Aasimar, Drow, Dwarf, Gnome, Half-Orc, and Human

If you quik swap wisdom in when you want to frog it should work on most older content

Epic litany and legendary chieftan with festive wis augd, and insightful wisdom crafted onto a legendary shattered onyx ring

That will get you round 70 wis

Tested **** ball a few times its still pretty horrible you might be better off taking a different feat
