It would be nice if Ortolan Thoom, the Potion and Spell Reagent Vendor in Zawabi's Refuge, added Druid spell components to his inventory. He even has Artificer and Alchemist spell components, so it's a bit strange that the Druid mats are missing.

I guess those things were in the wagons that got wrecked in the Desert Caravan. Maybe a new shipment is in order.
