Cannot renew VIP

Hello.

My VIP subscription seemed to have ran out yesterday, but instead of automatically renewing, it just stopped. I found this out just now, when I tried to play DDO, and I was unable to even log onto my character as I am a Gnome, which is a race I have not paid for independently.

I realised that the VIP had ended, so I tried to renew it. Instead, I was hit with an error - "3032 error. Sorry but the payment cannot be made now, please try again later or contact Xsolla support."
I have removed and added again my card, which did nothing. I tried relogging and even bought the gnome race with TP in order to get into the game and see if that made a difference, it didn't.

I have sent a help request but I have little hope for it, so I am posting here, as I was sitting at level 20 awaiting the new update so as to TR immediately into the alchemist class. I do not want to be sitting at 20 still, unable to be a VIP, when the update comes. I would like this fixed immediately.

SSG replied to me and advised I contact Xsolla, which I did, and they responded extremely quickly and fixed the issue. Pleasantly surprised and happy with the good service.
