Testing IPS Change to Artificer

Seeing the change with both H/L Repeaters, and adding up the damage with several timed attack sequences, I'm seeing 72-73% DPS with IPS active. The "20%" reduction, coupled
with the reload speed, seems a heavy hit because of the Inquisitor "balance".. Anyone else done some testing to see what their numbers are like?

Rangers are getting some small tweaks to sort-of break even, top-tier, but I don't see any way for Artificers to make up the differance (or Bow Divines, who are usually feat starved).

I would like them to add a Medium armor Wallwatchers piece (so we can use our Shield core as ranged Arti's), unless they want us to pretend that requirement didn't exist. )
