I put in a bug report several years ago about WF/BF FvSes not getting the 10/Adamantine DR when they hit Level 20 and it's still not been fixed, nor has Turbine/SSG ever acknowledged the bug to me in any fashion.
It seems bug fixing is pretty hit and miss like customer service/support.
Not surprising, unfortunately.
