Is it me? Or ddo?

I just came back to ddo about a week ago. I had no trouble with the game until Tuesday night. I got stuck on a load screen in house p. I get connection to the server lost. I log back in Searching for a server. I give it few and I can log in. But I get stuck on the load screen. So I kill and the app login again. I use the transport at the toon screen. The game loads without a chat server. It locks up back up when I go to house p. The twelve and several other places. So I uninstall the game and reinstall. Same problem. So I check my antivirus and nothing there. So uninstall my antivirus and uninstall ddo reinstall ddo. And I still have the same issue. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

it's not you, it's a relatively common DDO bug

from what i recall the server restart tends to help people in this situation, so you could play another character while you wait for that
