IPS not working on Throwing Dagger

Not sure if this has been reported, couldn't find a post if it had been, but IPS is currently not working with throwing daggers.

Was using the Throwing dagger from completing Into the Mists, as this was the only throwing weapon i was able to get. Had Archers focus on while I killed a boss mob, and switched to IPS to kill the trash. Once I switched over to IPS I noticed that I was NOT hitting everything in a line, but I also lost the precise shot ability allowing me to shoot through mobs to hit the target I had selected. I chose a mob at the end of the line, and every time a mob stepped in front of that mob, then the damage switched to the one in front. I had to toggle Archers focus back on, to allow me to shoot the mob that I had targeted.

With that being said, are there any other throwing daggers that any of you all are aware of that are broken in this manner? By this manner, I mean when IPS is on, they stop dealing damage? If you can think of any that are broken, please let me know so I can fix them. I'll be going through every single throwing weapon in the game shortly to ensure they're all up to code, but just in case, please do let me know if you're aware of one that's broken.

Return to Sender is definitely not working with IPS, please fix if possible I tried reporting this a few times in forums, but glad this came up in a fresh thread where I am hoping you will be able to see it.

Hi Devs,

Would it be possible for Return to Sender (heroic and epic) to be fixed to work with IPS? Unfortunately it has never worked with it since it was introduced in the game.
With the new feat being added to help knife/dart thrower builds, as well as the Vile Alchemist tree, the paralysing effect this weapon has would make it be a great choice of weapon.

I was testing specifically with this one while I was on Lam, doing afull Alch thrower build. For clarity: Using epic RtS, with 5 snakebite fil slotted in (maximizing all that poison, or so I thought), with a nice mix of Vile and Vistani to beef up the throwing output. I then filled up Shiradi atop that. What I discovered was that while my Thunderforged dagger was able to dole out worlds of pain, ERtS wasn't even dishing out damage to a single target, no matter how many times I changed position or tried to shoot through lines. Couldn't get a single basic spike of damage on any of the NPCs. It was like it just disappeared into the aether.

IPS and special attacks with daggers is still an issue.
Just tried out with Wide Open Sky and things like Sniper Shot, Otto's Whistler, Pin will not work with IPS unless you hard target the furthest mob in a line.
They should work just like a shuriken does - piercing all mobs with or without hard targeting as long as the special attack hits the targets.
