So I am running a 18/2 pally/ftr Vanguard build (PDK). Was thinking since my dps isn't that great, why not debuff.

I am using Shattered Hilt of Constellation and Leg Best Defense.

Vanguard give Vuln on shield hit.
Hilt gives Vuln, improved destruction, and curse debuff.
I slotted 2 rubies of endless night for neg lvls.

With artifact I can slot full piece One and Against Many, and Shattered Device for debuffs.

Run in DC destiny for Purification and Consecration.

Any suggestions for improvement via filigree or weapon?
