Default Can U45 also include Harper Pin pass

I've noticed that both harper Pins state they remove "any crowd control effect currently incapacitating you".

This is incorrect, since there are number of CC effects neither of them removes (Dragon induced knockdown, which also ignores Ravager T5 Uncanny Balance, Vaunt trapsmith Sticky, Cripple, hamstring, etc...)

It does work on number of effects (Command, drow paralysis), yet most of them are prevented by FoM spell/item, so it can get redundant.

Yet it states "any", and is not exactly easy to obtain (for newer players it can be harder than unlocking inq), plus it has decent CD.

IMHO there would be quite an QoL improvement for melee builds if they could use Harper Pins to remove at least move speed penalty like cripple/hamstring. (I've seen that Lamm news tell about dash skills for melees, and since my barbs greatest weakness, seriously, is cripple/hamstring, I see SSG sees that melee problem is in getting close enough to open can of whoop-ass on mobs).

Honestly it feels like every time I need to use a harper pin I figure out that the crowd control effect is one of the MANY it doesn't work on.

Seriously the inconsistency of knockdown effects and immunities is a complete Joke, there are so many knock downs that knockdown immunity doesn't protect against.

Yeah, it's like, "Immune to the knock-downs that are no threat, with no effect on the knock-downs you care most about." Kind like the Radiant Servant Purge Dark Magics, which is supposed dispel "hostile magical effects" but only works on ones you don't really care about and can easily handle in other ways, but has no effect on the actual threatening dark magics.
