Default Next Epic Quest Chain? [Poll]

Now that the lower level quest chains The Catacombs and Delera's Tomb have Epic versions, which quest chain (or raid) should be next? A new Epic chain won't happen right away, of course, but the winner of this poll should be considered for perhaps a 2021 release.

Below is the sortable list of adventure packs from the DDO Wiki, denoting which have Epic/Legendary versions and which do not. My choice would be a Legendary version of the Tower of Despair raid/Epic Shavarath.

    Default Return to Waterworks

A ridiculous Return to Waterworks would be fun.

It's business as usual - level 2 kobolds, wolves - until the floor opens up below you and you stumble upon some expansive cave network under the harbor, with sewer water running a river through the whole thing.

    I guess that's...

Just a totally different pack. But would still be fun.

The problem with lowbie packs to epic is that monsters dont have inherently challenging abilities to them, so it is mostly inflating their passives to the skies. For this reason i expected a higher pack to be converted into epic, where the quest and encounters have tough mobs/ scenarios in it. Legendary Tempest Spine is a decent example, mobs did not have too many tricks so they had to hit extremely hard and have tons of hps to make up for it.

I prefer they create new quests, be they Heroic or Epic or Legendary. "Sequels" that are thematically linked are good, like Trials of the Archons is not just "epic" versions of Devils of Shavarath. Having the dual Heroic/Epic versions made a sort of sense when level 20 was endgame, but it doesn't anymore.

When was the last time we had any plain, old, Heroic quests added? 2013?

There is interest in adding Epic versions of the remaining old adventure packs to DDO as this is "free" content for the Premium players. The update is included in packs these players already own, so the new content can be played without an additional purchase. And is it always fun to revisit a fresh version of a dungeon someone might not have played in awhile.

I picked mostly low level packs for this poll, but upper level packs such as Reaver's Refuge could work as Legendary (Level 31+) content as well.

Threnal would be ok, as long as there is no Defend Coyle, or guide this person. Maybe Basthuul has returned and we need to vanquish again without defending Coyle (since Coyle is gone). Also, the Gate Chamber would be a nice quick return visit.

Tangleroot would be ok, as a a chain of maybe 5 newer quests. Possibly expand the mini caves into higher level quests. Throw in some umberhulks, etc...

But I would like us to revisit them as in "A Return to..." with different objectives, and not rinse, repeat, etc. with just higher hit point monsters.

Yes, a re-imagined Threnal would be interesting. The only issue seems to be that Threnal isn't a popular adventure pack, at least in part due to the horrific memories many players have of Coyle.
