Clean up is GREAT. What I see is the frustration of a lack of warning broadcast in game. A little HEY FOLKS GOIN OFFLINE in.........
But also there is the people. I have to ask. *** do you start a raid on a restart day? You know its gonna go down randomly. So why not just lvl your lowbie or make breakfast? LOL

Also seems they can't get an admin with the basic skills to start a broadcast in game at least an hour before these downtimes start.

Gotta be fair. That's not an accurate description of my experience. I've always seen announcements in game, 1 hour, 30 minutes, 15 minutes, and 5 minutes before downtime.

I get a notice once in a blue moon. I have seen them as you specify. 1hr to 15 min. I have to say I have not seen any as of late. Not sure if its lack or prep on ddo part or latency or ? It appears to be spotty at best the notice. But as I said before. Why start a raid on a day you know its going to go offline? Most even say they know its going to go offline for restart like always and ya don't get notice.

That's funny... I keep getting installing Pre-Reqs then Game worlds down messages for the last 30 mins. Must be rush hour.

Edit: 12:15 EST it finally patched for me.

It *should* be Update 52 which, we're told, includes a new dungeon.

Perhaps "patch" wasn't the right word to use.

Or maybe the Update isn't ready, so SSG postponed the restart until Thursday hoping to fix the problem(s) and will decide tomorrow if it will be just a patch and not an update, or if it will really be an update.

Earlier this Week, My Account worked, Now it keeps telling me today that the same password and login are incorrect. Yes I checked my Caps Lock, YES, the Password is the Same, Yet, when I click on the links to reset password and stuff, I get nothing, no email. I havent changed things in years, But I'd be really sad to have to let this game go because I was randomly locked out of it even though I dont see any reason for that happening
